These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products to the buyer hereafter referred to as "You".

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to My Pretty Little Things. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of My Pretty Little Things.

Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Pretty Little Things disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

My Pretty Little Things shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Hand Made and Customised Items
All hand made or hand finished items of this type are made to order to your specification and are therefore classed as 'personalised' as recognised by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. As such it is not possible to return products of this type unless damaged or faulty.
Please allow six weeks for delivery of any hand made or customised orders. If you require items sooner than this please ontact us and we will advise if a 'rush' service is available.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

UK Delivery
We despatch items in stock within three working days of receiving your order. Expected delivery is within 7 working days, but is generally sooner. During busy periods we may take a little longer, but if your order is urgent then please let us know and we will try our best to meet any deadlines. All goods are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or by courier, Monday to Friday only. All deliveries require a signature. Please give an address at which the parcel can be signed for. Non-mainland UK and remote area delivery times may vary by an additional 2-3 working days and may incur an additional delivery charge. This will be notified to you if applicable.

My Pretty Little Things cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by their distributors or any other third party. If the goods arrive and the customer believes the package has been either tampered with or there are obvious signs of damage, it is the Customers responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. Returns Procedure If you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it to us within 14 working days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of products to us. Please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice.

Post and packing costs are not refundable unless the goods are faulty or incorrect. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting by using either registered post our a courier. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit. Due to the nature of personalised goods, we are unable to offer refunds on these items as they have no resale value. Where the personalisation is incorrect due to our error, or if the goods are faulty, we will of course offer a full refund or offer to replace the item at no further cost.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order without any cost providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched then the Returns Procedure will apply. For personalised and made to order items you have the right to amend or cancel your order within 48 hours after the acknowledgement of order has been sent. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the cost of the product should cancellation occur after 48 hours.

My Pretty Little Things does not accept liability for any consequential or incidental damages that arise out of or are related to the use of this site or the purchase or use of any goods. My Pretty Little Things reserves the right to make changes to any part of the site. By using the site following any changes to the terms, you agree to be bound by those changes.
